Day 2 - Sleep Stress

In this video, I talk about Sleep Stress and how it can be one of the biggest barriers to decent sleep.

It's important that you understand how Sleep Stress affects your ability to sleep, because then you can do something about reducing this stress.

You will find many of the tools and tips on this course are ways to work with lowering stress, distracting your mind and soothing you so that you don't even try to fall asleep, it just happens as you relax naturally and easily.
