About the course
This is an introductory course devised to give you some immediate techniques to improve your sleep.
The practices are taken from our longer, '21 days to better sleep' course. This course takes a longer term approach and aims to help you to develop a ‘toolkit’ of techniques which can not only help improve sleep but your overall wellbeing too.
