In the video below, I share with you a wonderful exercise called Relaxing Head, which is great for both sleep and general relaxing and can be a really effective way to deal with overwhelm and Night time thinking.

Try it for 5 minutes, 15 minutes or longer, you might wonder if anything is happening at first, then what often happens is people forget what they were worrying about!
