What is this session about?

Lisa brings her experience of over 12 years of working with people living with and beyond cancer to share a shiatsu practice called Hara Ampuku. She has taught this practice to many people to help encourage good digestion. As well as being deeply relaxing, this practice may help with overall digestion.  It may also aid sleep if done at bedtime.
