How to get the most from Cavendish@Home

• Ensure your watch/read the introduction on how to get the most from the relevant course. 
• We have an introduction course called 'Small Steps' that offers a taster of some of our most popular courses. This is a really good option to start with.
• Please press ‘complete and continue’ when you have viewed a page as this helps inform our course reviews 
• You have lifetime access to these courses and can access resources at your own pace. 
• We encourage you to create your own wellbeing ‘toolkit’. Find a few practices that feel beneficial and practise them regularly, there is no need to complete all the content. Small steps, slowly and consistently often makes the biggest difference in the long run.
• Please be aware that any comments you make on courses will be public and we recommend you limit the content of comments to the material provided. You may wish to edit your username to your initials. 
• Your feedback really makes a difference. It helps us refine what we offer to suit your needs and also demonstrates the benefit of our offerings to potential funders. There is a feedback form on each course which should take no more than a few minutes.
