About the course



This is an online course devised to improve the quality and the quantity of your sleep. 

The course aims to help you to develop a ‘toolkit’ of techniques which can not only help improve sleep but your overall wellbeing too.  

 

How does it work?


Want to try some practices before you enrol?

If you click on the arrow below 'Introduction to Week 1' in the Course Layout section, you can click on and access any of the practices which say 'preview'. However we do recommend that you complete the whole 21 days by enrolling in the course.


Each day you will be sent an email reminder that the content for that day is accessible. This might be a video of a helpful tip or a practice or an audio to listen to. We have endeavoured to give you a few days for each practice. So, some content will be best used when you are actually going to sleep and some content you can watch at any time and is more for informational purposes.

 

There is new content available every day for 21 days, however, if you want to take longer and access the content every other day, that is fine. We would recommend however that you access the material a minimum of 3 times a week and we encourage you to do one of the actual practices every night. This is because the benefit of these practices is cumulative and increases the more you use them. You will find out why this is so on the course.
